George Parker, 31, and Emilia Garces, 25, were arrested today following a warrant search of the Raleigh Drive house they share by officers on the Special Enforcement Team (SET) and Emergency Services Unit (ESU), according to information from the office of Chief Mitch Little.

They were charged with possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The child-endangerment counts stems from the discovery of the drugs within access of Garces's five-year-old daughter, police said.

Both were placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River. Bail for Parker was set at $150,000, and for Garces at $50,000, neither with the option for release on payment of 10 percent.

The youngster was placed with other members of Garces's family by the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services, police said.
