Suspects who held up the Toms River Ramada Inn long before dawn remain at large this afternoon.

Township police say that two men entered the hotel on Route 9 at Route 70 at around 2:30 AM, demanded money from a 46-year-old female employee, and ran off after getting $100. The action was captured on security video.

Police say the two suspects are white males. One is described as weighing about 200 pounds, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, black sneakers, black gloves and a black ski mask.

The other is described as 6'3" tall, 185 pounds, wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, faded blue jeans, tan work boots and a ski mask.

Anyone with information that can help the investigation should call Toms River Police at 732-349-0150. Sergeant Raymond Maloney and Officers Ron Bayer, Chris McDowell, and Dewey Unger are leading the probe.
