Toms River Home Haunted? You Decide

A family is suing the owner of a Toms River house for the return of their security payment after claiming the three-bedroom ranch on the corner of Terrace and Lowell Avenues is haunted.

Josue Chinchilla and Michele Callan told the Asbury Park Press that they fled the home with their two children after experiencing a number of paranormal episodes. They even called a team of paranormal investigators to look into their claims.

However, the owner of the home says the residence is not haunted and those claims are being used to cover up financial troubles faced by the renters.
