Toms River native and author Alicia Cook who's no stranger to our WOBM/Townsquare Media Jersey Shore newsroom makes a return trip here on Tuesday morning to discuss her new book and take some questions as we go on Facebook LIVE.

Tuesday June 5 is also the day her new book 'I Hope My Voice Doesn't Skip' is released on paperback (you can pre-order now).

The book expands on her social advocacy of raising awareness and education on those suffering with the disease of drug addiction by adding in the topics of "relationships, mental health, current social issues, and learning from loss, with the promise that recovery is possible."

She'll be joining me LIVE on Facebook around 11:15 am Tuesday to discuss the book and how it affects our lives and her native Ocean County and Jersey Shore.

Submit your questions and comments below the article or under our Facebook status or just tune in on Tuesday morning on the WOBM-Facebook Page.
