Tim O'Brien, founder of Emiliana 's Hope in Berkeley Township, named after his beautiful daughter who died of pediatric cancer in 2015, has passed away.

This is devastating news for the family, community, and everyone who loved Tim and all the good he did with raising money for childhood cancer and CHOP. How much heartbreak can one family deal with?

I personally knew Tim through different events and was lucky enough to work closely with him on several of Emiliana's Hope events and I loved his personality, his love for his family, and most of all "HOPE" for a cure for Pediatric Cancer.

Hearing the sad, sad news this weekend I couldn't help but think how many families Tim helped with his foundation and how Emiliana must have been looking down and saying how proud she is of her Daddy and family. I only hope that the O'Brien family can find peace that they're together once again watching over everybody.

To the O'Brien family, I loved your Dad and your husband. He was truly a great man that could raise money and bring together a community. "Thank you" for sharing him with us and our love for your family will always be on top of our minds. Bless all of you, RIP Tim.

PLEASE help with Tim's dream - Emiliana's Hope - funding research of Pediatric Cancer and CHOP.
