Ocean Township police filed complaints against Christopher Czajkowski, 31, of Manchester, and Brittany Servinski, 19, and Liam Negri, 21, of Brick, after a Monday morning encounter at the Seaview Square shopping center.

Servinski and Negri are charged with possession of heroin, prescription pills, hypodemic syringe and related drug paraphernalia. Czajkowski was booked on what police said were several arrest warrants.

Officers, harboring suspicions about the car they spotted at 9:32 AM, said they found Servinski and Negri engaged in drug activity inside. Servinski was found to be wanted by the Ocean County Sheriff's Office and several municipalities, police said.

Czajkowski was seen a short disance from the car. Police said he was the subject of several arrest warrants.

Servinski was placed in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold, pending court proceedings. Negri was cited for two road violations in addition to the drug charges, and released to await a hearing. Czajkowski was unable to post bail, and was placed in custody of Howell Township police, authorities said.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
