Three Arrests in Stafford Copper Wire Theft

Three shore area residents face future court appearances for allegedly removing approximately 400 pounds of copper wire from a construction site in Stafford Township. Police say they arrested Michael Rush and Marianna Infante of Toms River along with Jason Johnson of Barnegat Saturday. The wire was located at the Walters Homes construction site behind the Stafford Apartments.
