Three Arrested in Little Egg Harbor Drug Raid
The second drug bust in Little Egg Harbor in as many days results in three arrests and the seizure of hundreds of packets of heroin and cash.
Judy Jones, 47, Stephen Sanzo, 30, and Thomas Woltmann, 50 face multiple counts related to heroin possession and intent to distribute, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato's office.
All three were placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail for each set at $20,000. None of the three has an option for release on payment of 10 percent.
Early Wednesday evening, county investigators and Little Egg Harbor police executed a search warrant on the West Chester Drive house given by Jones and Sanzo as their residence. Woltman gave police an address on Lincoln Avenue.
Investigators said they recovered 340 individual doses along with $1,100.
A day earlier, a 52-year-old woman was charged with cocaine possession.
The raid continues Coronato's unrelenting campaign to root out drug dealers. Ocean County has recorded 107 overdose deaths in 2013.
