Ritacco Sentencing Postponed

This week's sentencing of former Toms River Schools Superintendent Mike Ritacco is postponed.

Ritacco was to be sentenced on mail fraud and conspiracy counts on July 12th for accepting an estimated $2million dollars in bribes. The news follows word that Ritacco's co-defendant, Maryland insurance broker Francis Gartland, had his sentencing date postponed.|
