Mayor Carmen Amato, Jr., says the township is already over its snow removal budget by $7,000 for the year.  They've spent $457,000 total, with $145,000 on just the most recent storm alone.

Amato says officials will have to either shift funds from other budget items or dip into their surplus if another winter weather event hits.  That includes any that might happen in the rest of this season, as well as any early storms in November or December.
