Route 37's ShopRite in Toms River is a pretty big supermarket already, but it's about to get even bigger, and it'll happen fast.

The Asbury Park Press reports that the Toms River Planning Board just approved plans to build an addition to the already sprawling grocery store that will add over 10,000 square feet and almost 100 more parking spots.

And this isn't one of those things where the board says "yes" and then we wait. The same report pegs the proposed start of construction as ideally starting, "...in the next 60 days".

We'll of course be keeping an eye on the progress and will keep you updated as it begins and once it's complete.
