Have you been to the new Ocean County College Arts & Community Center ? It is a fantastic addition to our Community and I hope you take advantage of the cultural benefits of having this facility.

The Arts and Community Center, located on the campus of Ocean County College, is home to the Ocean County College Theatre Company and the Ocean County College Concert Band. In addition, the Garden State Philharmonic is the Orchestra-in-Residence.

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Ocean County College Arts & Community Center Gallery, located on the OCC Main Campus, College Drive, Toms River, NJ, is proud to host exhibits featuring local and national artists. Admission to the gallery is free and open to the public.

Now through August 2012:
“Not for Women Only” featuring artists Jane Robbins and Florence Zdanowitz along with photographer Jane Mattson

September 2012:
“Light Houses & More” featuring artist Frank Bernhardt

October 2012:
Deborah Israeli, Photographer

November-December 2012:
American Artists Professional League – NJ Chapter

Mid- December 2012 through January 2013:
“Plein Air Paintings” featuring artist Tony Migliaccio
The Ocean County College Gallery is normally open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturdays when classes are in session. Additionally, the Gallery will be open to the public when performances and events take place in the Arts and Community Center Theater. (Please check the theatre schedule for times and events.)

Large groups planning to visit the Gallery are asked to make arrangements with the Director of the Fine Arts Center at least one week in advance.
