It's 2013, now what? Does the flipping of the calendar really mean anything?

If I'm being honest, I'm not really a fan of resolutions. I just feel like it's a pressure that we put on ourselves and end up stressing about or feeling guilty if we end up breaking them.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for bettering myself. I'm all about trying to lead a healthier, kinder, and more successful life, I just feel more like it should be a year-round goal rather than a condition to put into a new year.
