The Mystery Is Solved – Meet The Man Behind The Horn [Video]

It's a mystery that's been going for weeks here at the WOBM offices - about once a day, a car will drive by and blow the familiar first couple notes of "Dixie", made most famous by The Dukes of Hazzard.

I first posted about the search for answers two weeks ago, and Ocean County was mobilized. It amazed us how many Toms River locals were wondering the same thing. We even managed to snap a picture of the elusive vehicle last week.

And then a couple of days ago, I got an email - "Hey, that's my friend!".

Of course I acted right away and the wheels were in motion. It all culminated in finally meeting the culprit today.
