The Lupus Research Alliance holds their Plunge to Freeze Out Lupus at Convention Hall in Asbury Park starting at 1 p.m. Friends, family and co-workers of those affected by lupus can plunge into the frigid ocean to increase lupus awareness and raise money for lupus research.
