There are a few things that are absolute musts for a visit to an Ocean County boardwalk - games, boardwalk food, and treats. To help make those goals more achievable than ever, a new player is entering the sweets game in Seaside Heights.

Of course, there are long time family favorites like the Berkeley Sweet Shop and Van Holten's Sweet Shop already dishing out dessert on the boardwalk, but when summer rolls around, a familiar name will be in a new business.

The Asbury Park Press is reporting that Lucky Leo's, one of the boardwalk's longest running businesses with its generations-old arcade, is adding a candy shop to its portfolio.

Let's be honest, no trip to the boardwalk is complete without some homemade fudge, a big box of saltwater taffy, and maybe a candy apple to chow down on while you stroll the boards.
