According to the arrest report, the teen accused Toth of touching him last Saturday. The report does not specify time, place or circumstances.

Toth was placed under arrest by Jackson Police Detective Edward Howe and Detective Melissa Matthews of the County Prosecutor's Special Victims Unit, following a probe that also involved the County High Tech Crime Unit.

This morning, Toth was suspended without pay indefinitely from his post as an Ocean County garage attendant pending the outcome of the case, according to acting County Administrator Michael Fiure.

His bail was set at $100,000 with no option for release on payment of 10 percent, and he was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim under terms of Nicole's Law.

Toth had served on the Brick Township Council from 2006 through 2013.
