Taking the Super Plunge on Long Beach Island [VIDEO]

Folks in Southern Ocean County started their Super Sunday, with the Super Plunge - an annual event run by St. Francis Center and Southern Regional High School. It's a benefit for St. Francis charities and the Southern Regional High School Swim Team.

My wife, April, decided to help the cause and take the plunge....her first. She did great and dove all the way despite the 38* ocean water! She and her coworkers from Seacrest Village Village in Little Egg Harbor had a team and all even went with costumes!

Now April and I have both plunged - maybe we will again... or not...
