That's the title of a catchy song but also what many people feel like telling their boss.  Are you one of them?  Are you in a dead-end job, or feeling like you should be doing something else for a living?

I mention this because I encounter lots of folks who just work for the paycheck.  They complain about their jobs, dread going in in the morning and can't wait for quitting time.   Have you ever asked yourself, if money were no object...what would you do?

A friend of mine right now is at this stage.  She wants to make a change but isn't sure what she wants to do.  She's currently working in a field that has nothing to do with her college degree.

There's good news if you're thinking about rerouting your career path.  The Ocean County Library has a LOT of helpful information available for free.  Here's a page with links to all kinds of good job resources:  http://theoceancountylibrary.org/Link2Topic/jobs.htm

Some books I recommend to help give you some career clarity are "What Color Is Your Parachute" and "Who Moved My Cheese?"

I know the reality is that there are bills to pay and mouths to feed, but I also believe it's good to dream a bit.  You deserve to be happy so if your job situation stinks, why not think about a way to make it better?  Hopefully the resources above can help you take some steps towards something more fulfilling.

Let's just say that money WAS no object, and you had all the time and money in the world...would you still work?  What would you do?
