VALENTINE PLUNGE

Saturday February 2nd, 2019

The 13th annual Joan Dancy and PALS Foundation Valentine Plunge takes place at the Main Beach at the end of Main Street in Manasquan at noon. The Joan Dancy and PALS Foundation was formed in 2005 by Terry Magovern in honor of Joan Dancy, his late fiancé, after she succumbed to ALS. Our mission is to help people in Shore communities afflicted with ALS by providing a better quality of life for them and their families. Click HERE for more information.

PLUNGE TO FREEZE OUT LUPUS

Saturday February 9th, 2019

The Lupus Research Alliance holds their Plunge to Freeze Out Lupus at Convention Hall in Asbury Park starting at noon. Friends, family and co-workers of those affected by lupus can plunge into the frigid ocean to increase lupus awareness and raise money for lupus research. Call 732-842-1607 for more information.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS NJ POLAR BEAR PLUNGE

Saturday February 23rd, 2019

Special Olympics NJ hosts their annual Polar Bear Plunge in Seaside Heights starting with check in at 9 a.m. Thousands will brave the icy Atlantic Ocean in support of Special Olympics NJ which provides year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities and health screenings to more than 25,000 athletes. CLICK HERE for more information!
