I barely started typing this article and I am already craving a Choco Taco...and a ScrewBall... and a SpongeBob popsicle, that doesn't even look like SpongeBob SquarePants. SUMMER IS HERE, LET'S EAT ICE CREAM!

Adapting to "COVID-19 virtual life" has been difficult for a handful of people. However, there is a married couple in Wall Township who has taken full advantage of our new way of living. Chef Dominic Sestito IV and Sarina Sestito recently started a LIVE virtual cooking class and it's called Good Eats & Pour Decisions!!

It wasn't long ago that many of us were laughing at the Rt. 35 ShopRite and Dunkin' feud. It was hilarious and totally ridiculous all at the same time. I had a blast writing that March 31st article and I greatly appreciate the positive feedback from many of you! So what now? What's going on? It's been over a month since I wrote that article so I think it's time you get a much-needed Rt. 35 update...

I don't know about you but every time I make eye contact with the Circus Drive-In billboard my mind gets flooded with memories. I can't tell you how many times I enjoyed a Circus Drive-In vanilla ice cream cup with a lollipop sticking out of it. The place was a Jersey Shore landmark for 64 years and to this day, many locals will say they wish the establishment was still around.

At this point, you have to have a sense of humor about the ShopRite & Dunkin' feud in Wall Township.

If you read my articles, as you know, I love going out and exploring what the great Jersey Shore has to offer. What you might not know is that I grew up in Monmouth County. I graduated from Wall High School in 2012. Four years later, after getting my communications degree from West Virginia University in 2016, I quickly started my radio career in Kentucky. After a year in the middle of nowhere Kentucky, I then moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for three years. I was moving around the country to simply build my resume in hopes of one day making it back here to be a radio personality. Though I am very thankful for my past experiences in other states, I will be the first to admit I missed living at the Jersey Shore and I especially missed going to Jersey Shore restaurants. For the years I missed living at home, I am now taking FULL advantage of what the Jersey Shore has to offer.

A very big piece of Jersey Shore history will cease to exist later this spring.

Yup... I am salivating! For those who have a sweet tooth, prepare for an award-winning bakery to open off Rt. 35 in Sea Girt Square.

In November, I wrote an article about the Wall Township Applebee's closing. As a Wall Township resident, I was sad to hear the news because not only are Applebee's boneless wings the BEST but that specific Applebee's was home to many wonderful memories.
