Did you ever wonder how many bows are on that tree. So I have a job for you...I always wanted to know how many bows are on the Christmas tree in Toms River on the corner of Hooper and Washington Street in Downtown Toms River. It's a beautiful tree. This drives me crazy every year...I need to know and I don't know why. So Abby and I were out there last night trying to count every bow. We got to 117 and we decided ok that's it. There were so many more!
I've always wondered what Major League Baseball players do in the off season. Some play "winter ball" in the Caribbean or South America, some have off season jobs, and some just kick back and relax. But for Toms River native Todd Frazier of the Cincinnati Reds, this off season has been different.
Democrat, Republican, Independant, or unaffiliated, one of the positives that we've seen post-Sandy has been lawmakers coming together for the reason they were elected in the first place - to help those who they represent. A bipartisan group of NJ lawmakers recently toured the Ocean County areas worst hit by Sandy. Check out the video here:
