We all love the Christmas Ham, but it may be all the delicious ”sweet treats” at Christmas time that we love the best. Whether it's candy, cakes, cupcakes, etc we all enjoy something sweet at the holidays.

We are just days away from Thanksgiving and despite all that is going on in the world today, one thing that I hope won't get skipped is the delicious Thanksgiving dessert table. I think I am not alone when I say that many of us look forward to turkey day desserts as much as the turkey! maybe in some cases even more so.

If you've given into temptation and done something you vowed not to do, it doesn't mean you're a loser or a failure. It just means you had a slip and hopefully will try harder next time.

It's almost "Trick or Treat" time and of course the main course is CANDY! Not a good time to start a new diet and better get that dentist appointment made lol but we do enjoy our candy for Halloween. So we wanna know what's your favorite? Here ...
