Tomorrow is Groundhog Day when all eyes will be on a certain critter in Pennsylvania.  If Punxatawney Phil sees his shadow, we're in for 6 more long weeks of winter.  But if he doesn't see his shadow, we can expect warmer temperatures and an early spring...
