United Water Toms River to Start Fall Fireplug Flushes
The impending change of seasons brings us around to the semiannual ritual to clear water systems of sediments in Toms River, South Toms River and the Holiday City sections of Berkeley Township. Fall hydrant flushing begins September 7 and continues through October.
