Each spring the United States Postal Service holds its annual "Stamp Out Hunger" drive and is again asking residents to leave a bag of food donations on the curb by the mail box this Saturday to help struggling families in their communities.
Organizers of the Nation's largest annual Halloween parade are reportedly changing it to Saturdays indefinitely. According to Toms River Fire Company No. 1's web site, this year's event will be held on Saturday October 26th at 7 p.m. with a rain date of Monday October 28th.
