Pennsylvania man arrested after high-speed parkway chase through Ocean and Monmouth
A 40 minute high high speed chase that started in Toms River early Wednesday, ended in Wall with the arrest of a Pennsylvania man driving on the wrong side of the Garden State Parkway, according to authorities.
