Several New Jersey Law Enforcement agencies have been investigating a recent phone scam that threatens to harm victims' family members if money is not wired to the caller.

I had a funny situation happen last night/this morning. I sent text messages to two completely different friends a little after 10:00 last night. I didn't hear back from either at the time because both were asleep. They both responded a little after 6:00 this morning when I was fast asleep. It made me wonder about phone etiquette.
