Officials in the historic Monmouth County community of Ocean Grove is hoping to have its Sandy destroyed boardwalk repaired by July 4th. According to the Newark Star Ledger, Neptune Township has set a March 6th deadline to accept bids to repair the main section of the privately-owned boardwalk.
