Mike Rice has been fired as head men's basketball coach at Rutgers University and says he is "deeply sorry" for his behavior.

Following the firestorm of controversy over the video of Mike Rice's treatment of players at practice, Rice was fired on Wednesday morning as head coach of the men's basketball team.
