22 years later and I'm hosting my final midday shift. It's a bittersweet day.

There are SO many things and people I'm thankful for as I look back on my 22 years at WOBM so I'm continuing the list.

It's hard to believe the year is coming to an end, and with it, the end of my career here at WOBM.

I have some bittersweet news to share: I'll be leaving WOBM at the end of the month.

What I thought would be a temporary pit stop led to my settling in and calling Ocean County home. Instead of jetting off to Baltimore, Philly, or Boston (some cities I thought I might like to move to), I happily made Jersey my home. I'm grateful for the serendipitous meeting which led to an impromptu interview. I'm grateful that Shawn turned out to be an awesome partner and the station was filled with people I loved working with every day. And I'm grateful to have made a living doing two things I love, talking and playing music.

I have a condition that sounds kind of strange: Trichotillomania. It's a compulsion to pull out one's hair. My case is relatively mild in that it's limited to just my eyebrows, but it's been a source of shame and embarrassment for me since I was little.
