I've lived in a number of different states throughout my life, and New Jersey stands apart from all of them for one thing (no, I'm not talking about pumping your own gas) - you can't possess or set off fireworks in The Garden State.

For smokers, it's become increasingly more restrictive as to where you can partake. With very few exceptions (such as some casino areas), smoking indoors anywhere is now forbidden, and there are many restrictions on outdoor smoking in public areas too.

This is a topic that I've visited before (in fact, I briefly touched on it just yesterday), but it still blows my mind how people just don't get it. Snow is inconvenient. Nobody likes when you have to go out in the snow. Yet, it seems like people still try to find a way to get on the road with as little effort as possible.

Look at that photo above. Looks like something out of a Hollywood war movie, right? But it's not. It's just a guy with a lot of fireworks and a lot of time on his hands.

Pumping gas is one of my favorite topics to debate here on WOBM.com, it always gets people riled up on both sides of the conversation.

I've lived in a number of different states, so I've gotten to enjoy being able to pump my own gas. In fact, it's a topic that I've covered a few times in the past, that's how much I wish we were allowed to get out and fill up here in the Garden State.
