With a serious storm expected to linger over the shore for the weekend, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Great Strides Walk in Point Pleasant Beach has been postponed.

This weekend, rain or shine, hundreds will gather in Point Pleasant Beach to take to the boardwalk for an important cause - to help in the efforts to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.

I have to start out by admitting my bias - I love the folks at Brick Town Veterinary Hospital in Brick. From the first love of my life, Sydney, to my current precocious pup, Scooter, they have always taken amazing care of my dogs.
