During an investigation, on Wednesday Police arrested Christopher Delatorre, age 21 on the strength of two outstanding warrants out of the township. They also arrested James Giordano, age 26 and charged him with Terroristic Threats with bail set at $15,000. Both men are in the Ocean County Jail.

On Thursday, township police took Thomas Bouldin, age 29, who's last known address is Jackson, into custody with the assistance of the Manalapan Police Department. He was charged Wednesday with Terroristic Threats but was still at large.

The male victim told police that while walking on Oak Drive, a newer model silver Chevy Malibu approached him and two occupants exited the vehicle and began to chase him. One of the men allegedly pulled a handgun from his waistband while in pursuit. However, while they were running, one of the suspects tripped and fell in the street which led both men to return to the vehicle and flee the scene.

Police said the investigation into the incident is ongoing and being conducted by members of the Department's Detective Bureau. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Jackson Police Department at 732-928-1111.
