Hantz Cameau, 24, of the township, was apprehended Tuesday while walking near Allaire and Eagle Avenues, according to police. Patrol officers said he closely resembled the individual exposing his private parts in surveillance video images.

The victim reported the incident in the Target parking lot in the Seaview Mall complex on January 15 at about 7:19 PM, police said.

The woman was en route to her car when she was accosted, and the flasher fled before police arrived, authorities said.

Cameau was charged with one count of lewdness and released on a summons to await a municipal court date. Meanwhile, police are asking anyone who is aware of the incident, or witnessed it, to contact them.
