Suspect arrested in 2012 Asbury Park Shooting

A Neptune City man is charged with attempted murder in the shooting of two men outside the Cameo Bar on Main Street in Asbury Park on October 19th, 2012.

21-year-old Tyrice L. Berry was arrested Friday by Detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and the Asbury Park Police Department. Authorities are seeking a second shooter in the case. Two men sustained injuries from multiple gun wounds while sitting in a parked vehicle outside the bar, according to the Prosecutor's Office.

In addition to two counts of first-degree attempted murder, Berry also is facing one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was being held in the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold on $600,000 bail.
