The weapon is described as a Double Star, Star-15, 5.56 millimeter rifle. Police said they also found three loaded, high-capacity magazines in the Nathan Avenue house where Qualeik Williams, Ty-Quan Jones and Fu-Quan Jones were arrested.

Police acted on information from a concerned citizen, and brought in the Ocean County Regonal S.W.A.T. team, a county Sheriff's K-9 team and the township investigations unit to act on the court-issued warrant.

They're charged with a count of possession of an assault firearm, three counts of possession of high-capacity magazines, and one count of possession of a rifle without a permit.

Contrary to an earlier police report that they were released after posting bail, new information indicates that all three were incarcerated in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail set at $100,000, and no option for release on payment of 10 percent.

The earlier report also indicated the jailing of a fourth suspect on warrants amounting to $4,750.
