Streetside Armed Robbery Probed in Lakewood; No Suspects

Three suspects believed to have robbed a Lakewood man at gunpoint Monday night are on the loose.

Township police say that at about 8:30 PM, two officers investigated a robbery report at a house on Mountain View Drive.

At the home, Juan Carlos-Flores told patrolmen that he was confronted on Mountain View near Sarah Court.

Flores described three men wearing ski masks in a brown car that pulled up to him as he walked along.

He told police that the front-seat passenger pointed a gun at him while a rider in the back seat emerged from the car, ran his pockets, and took $300 cash and a cell phone.
