It will be officially released in stores on Tuesday, but Wrecking Ball, the new album from Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band is now available for streaming at www.brucespringsteen.net.

The album, his 17th, finds The Boss exploring current events, war, protest and the economy. The band’s first album since losing saxophone player Clarence Clemons, Wrecking Ball features a huge sound bolstered by the addition of a horn section.

Last week, Springsteen appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to promote the album with electrifying performances on Monday and Friday. Throughout the week other artists paid tribute to The Boss by performing some of his biggest hits.

The week ended with Fallon house band The Roots and Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine joining the E Street Band for an all out version of “The E Street Shuffle.”
