Three Ocean County residents are facing drug charges following their Friday arrest after Stafford Police found them in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles.

Robert Cook, 42, of Manahawkin was being pulled over on Route 72 West around 6:40 pm for a motor vehicle stop at Spirits Liquors.

Cook and his two passengers, Kimberly Ann Sieber, 42, of Manahawkin, NJ and John Silva, 54, of Surf City were arrested for possession of Heroin and other CDS charges.

All three were transported to STPD for processing and then released pending a future appearance in the Ocean County Superior Court.

Cook is charged with Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS, and CDS in a Motor Vehicle.

Sieber is charged with Possession of CDS, and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle.

Silva is charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle.

The public is reminded that criminal charges are merely accusations, and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
