Stafford Police Charge Worker with Credit Card Fraud and Theft
A Manahawkin man is accused of illegally using his company's gasoline card to make more than $1,200 in unauthorized purchases over one year, according to Stafford Township police.
Authorities said 37-year-old Barry Wilbur was arrested at his home Saturday and charged with 22 counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft after Michael Polchak, the President of TEAM Electric, Plumbing and Air, filed a complaint with police.
Wilbur was released from custody pending a future court date.
