Stafford Mayoral Candidate Arrested On Drug Charges

Police in Stafford arrest a mayoral candidate on drug charges. 

43-year-old Thomas Litwin was charged with posession and distribution of marijuana to an undercover police officer.  Litwin is being held on $50,000.  He is the independent candidate running this November against Mayor John Spodofora.

Two others were arrested at Litwin's home Friday night on outstanding warrants.
