It was a spectacular night last night celebrating amazing women in our community. It's always a humbling experience to be asked to host this event. I'm proud to be in a room with phenomenal women sharing their stories and the good they do for women and girls in Ocean County.

Soroptimist International of Toms River 14th Annual Women's Hall of Fame awards in conjunction with Ocean County College was held last night at the Clarion in Toms River.

Soroptimist International of Toms River Area is a volunteer organization that works to improve the lives of Ocean County women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.

The proceeds raised last night at the Women's Hall of Fame Awards goes to a variety of programs in Ocean County - "Live Your Dream" for women who support their family financially and "Dream it, Be it" a career support program for secondary school-aged girls, and so many more programs for Ocean County.
