A couple years ago I wrote about seeing people out in the winter in shorts. At the time, we were talking about normal winter weather - temperatures in the 30s. But I couldn't believe what I saw this morning when I was running errands.

I snapped the picture above in a Walmart parking lot - a person out and about in 10 degree weather, with wind chills below zero, in shorts.

I mean, look, we've all had to run out and get something done quickly and thrown something on, but that's a little nuts. I was uncomfortably cold just walking from my car to the front doors because my face wasn't covered!

And then we have this, in New England - snow diving:

In fact, it's gotten so widespread (and dangerous) that the mayor of Boston issued a statement telling people to stop jumping off their houses into the snow (yes, people actually had to be instructed not to do that).

What's the craziest thing that you've seen people do this winter? Tell us in the comments!
