Social Media Website Developer Changes Course

The quest to develop a new social media network continues for a Wasilla Alaska man. In May we told you about Michael Wellman who launched the social media site called "My Face Zone." Now, Wellman, appears to be phasing out My Face Zone and has developed a new site named 'GlowTrend.Com'.

Wellman says "it's kinda like taking the best of all the different social networks and then I'm going to build on that."

In what appears to be the biggest change, Wellman, who once avoided even looking at the other social media sites, is now using them to strengthen the features in his new site. "and you can also view your Facebook and Twitter feed right from our site. So basically, you can do what you need to do right here at GlowTrend there's a lot going on on it."

Wellman says they launched GlowTrend about two weeks ago and they've already picked up over 200 users. He says he expects this new site to catch on even faster than his first site.
