KEYPORT — A Keyport woman has been charged with injecting heroin into her 15-year-old sister-in-law, who then overdosed.

According to a complaint from Keyport Municipal Court, the girl was in the care of Lisa C. Colilla, 30, who injected the drug into her arm with a needle on June 10. The girl was taken to Bayshore Hospital for treatment of an overdose.

Colilla's two children, ages 1-and-a-half and 4, were also in the home at the time, according to the complaint.

Colilla was charged with engaging in conduct that would endanger the morals of a child. She was being held in the Monmouth County Jail pending $100,000 bail.

On the same complaint, Colilla was also charged with using a stolen credit card to buy a $100 gift card at the Stop & Shop supermarket in Keyport last September.

It's not known if Colilla posted bail.
