Should Fireworks Be Legal in New Jersey? [PUBLIC OPINION]
Governor Christie signed legislation that has brought some changes to the laws concerning certain fireworks here in the Garden State.
According to our original report, ground-based sparklers, party poppers, and snappers are now legal to purchase and possess in New Jersey, while airborne fireworks are still illegal. The law went into effect on Wednesday and is only applicable for customers 16 years of age and older.
