Part "4" of the Jurassic series

Friday night was a night at the movies with the new Jurassic World out. I must admit I've been a fan of the Jurassic series since the original. My son was just a lil one and my Daughter wasn't even born lol ... so needless to say it's been a long ride ... 22 years of dinosaurs! So Sam Neil, Jeff Goldblum and the rest are gone and now it's Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard (Ritchie Cunninghams Daughter) who are running the show and what a show it is. Jurassic Park is now "World" and is bigger and better than the original park ever was ..... but as all dino-movies go, things always get a bit out of control.

Colin Trevorrow directs this latest effort with Steven Spielberg serving as Executive Producer ... which he did for the third movie as well. In true "Spielberg" fashion this movie has the ability to make you jump and laugh all in the same scene, which makes Jurassic fun for the whole family. It's just a good thrill ride...without the gore and reality of many "scare" movies today. Yes there's a lot of over the top situations, but that's the fun in this kind of movie .... just sit back and enjoy the ride. Chris Pratt is now a big time movie star and has come a long way from Parks & Rec. When you see Bryce Dallas Howard you can't help but see her dads face and red hair ....

So if your looking for a fun and exciting night at the movies then check out Jurassic World and we'll see if we get a 5th movie .... wink wink !
