This gorgeous German shepherd is Riley, a 6 year old happy guy that is hoping to move on in to a great home real soon. Riley came to us from our Newark facility after he was picked up as a stray. No one ever came looking for big Riley, so it's time to start over. Riley is a bit pleasantly plump, but unfortunately while he has enjoyed quite a bit of snacks in his day, that extra weight is tough on his hips and legs. Riley is on a good diet now and he will need a home where he will continue with a good diet and plenty of exercise. Exercise comes easy for Riley, who considers himself to be an expert fetcher. He can't pass by a ball on the ground without picking it up and dropping it at your feet. Riley is well behaved and seems just fine with larger dogs that he meets outside. He is outgoing and personable, and never met a person he didn't like. This beautiful boy with the bright smile is ready to meet a good family that he can call his own.
