Poco has really had a tough time of it in his young life. He is about 6 years old and when his owner took him to the veterinarian and he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, the vet told the owners that it can be dangerous if left untreated. The owner took that as Poco was dangerous! They tossed him outside and called us to remove this cat from the premises. Poor Poco was shaken up by the whole ordeal he has since settled in and put the past behind him. Poco is still a little shy, but if you take your time with him, he'll warm up and love you in no time. He is very purry and affectionate once he knows you. He is such a sweetheart and just needs a patient family that will help him to overcome his fears. Poco is fine with cats and will love you forever if you give him the chance.
